What you need to do after purchased?
We got a different package subscription plan. Basic, Pro, and Premium Plan.
Below is the checklist for you to take action further to ensure your ordered device production and account setting is going smoothly.
Basic Plan
- Please ensure you provide the right custom back-half, e.g. hey.tapje.la/faiz
- You are prohibited to put "/" symbol after your name
- Only character and number is allowed
- Once the custom back-half is done setting, it cannot be unchanged
- If you purchased more than 1 profile, please provide us with the other email. Bear in mind, for 1 profile account we need only 1 email can be registered.
Pro & Premium Plan
- Please make sure you did set your custom domain before we proceed with your card and profile account setting
- Due to the delay in setting the custom domain will be affected the delivery of the ordered item
- To do a custom domain, kindly refer https://www.help.tapje.la/hc/articles/1/nfc-business-card-tapjela-bio-link-manual#custom-domain
- Once the custom domain is done setting, it cannot be unchanged
- Please ensure you provide the right custom back-half, e.g. hey.tapje.la/faiz
- You are prohibited to put "/" symbol or other symbol as your custom back-half
- Only character and number is allowed
- Provide your email address for us to register your profile account
- If you as representative of company buy in bulk, please provide your email address for us to register an admin account
