What you need to do after purchased?

We got a different package subscription plan. Basic, Pro, and Premium Plan.

Below is the checklist for you to take action further to ensure your ordered device production and account setting is going smoothly.

Please take note:

For the card design - if you purchased 5pcs and below you shall provide the design thru our product customizer tools before proceeding to checkout and make payment. While if you purchased exceed than 5pcs we could assist with artwork design only from the existing pre-designed template on our website. If you got your preferred artwork design, please submit the design format file in high-resolution AI/ SVG.

For tapje.la profile design - we would provide you the pre-designed template and you may edit with 100% of your branding design. As optional, you may opt-in to let us design for you at an additional cost.

For tapje.la profile detail info - you shall edit your own. Kindly refer to the provided complete manual and documentation As optional, you may opt-in to let us import your data in bulk for you at an additional cost.

Basic Plan

Please ensure you provide the right custom back-half, e.g. hey.tapje.la/faiz

You are prohibited to put "/" symbol after your name

Only character and number is allowed

Once the custom back-half is done setting, it cannot be unchanged

If you purchased more than 1 profile, please provide us with the other email. Bear in mind, for 1 profile account we need only 1 email can be registered.

Pro & Premium Plan

Please make sure you did set your custom domain before we proceed with your card and profile account setting

Due to the delay in setting the custom domain will be affected the delivery of the ordered item

Once the custom domain is done setting, it cannot be unchanged
